Whether you are across the country or around the world, I would love to help support you on your journey through motherhood. My virtual services can help you have the birth you desire with the support you need no matter where you are or who you want in the birth room.

WHAT IS A DOULA?

Personal Support Plan

2 hours, $150

No matter your current level of preparation, we dive in together to assess what your current strengths & needs may be. Prior to our meeting, I will send detailed intake forms to get to know you more uniquely and will make notes to discuss in our meeting. This is an opportunity for you to ask me anything!
Together we will:

  • go over your intake forms

  • talk about general childbirth education, body balancing, breathing, & mindfulness practices

  • chat about your preferences & questions about a care plan for your birth & infant

  • briefly review comfort measures & what to have on hand

  • talk together about partner support resources

 

*After our meeting, I will review my notes and send a follow-up email including my personal recommendations for your birth preparation.​

Partner Support Class

2 hours, $150

Whether you plan to have your partner, friend, and/or family member(s) present at your birth, this session helps your support squad understand more about how to serve you with confidence in your birth.
Together we will cover:

  • how to set up your birth environment that facilitates a more comfortable experience

  • the do's and don'ts of a support person

  • ways in which to identify your needs & attend to them effectively

  • comfort measures & labor tools

  • what different stages of labor look like & what do/how to help during each one

  • how to advocate & help navigate any options that arise

Custom Class

1 hour, $75

If the classes above aren't exactly what you are looking for and you need something a little more tailored to you, this option is what you need! With a custom class we will discuss your goals and desires for your birth prior to the class so I can tailor your learning experience to meet your needs and preferences. Topics may include:​

  • Planning your birth

  • Comfort measures

  • Partner support

  • Labor progression  

  • Hospital birth procedures 

  • Breastfeeding & newborn care

  • Postpartum recovery & return to exercise

  • Healthy pregnancy, postpartum and beyond

Full Virtual Support

Unlimited, $750

If a la carte services aren't exactly what you are looking for and you need a doula available to you for birth and beyond this package is for you! This includes:​​

  • Two virtual prenatal visits via live video (1-1.5 hours each)

  1. Get to know one another and review intake forms

  2. Instruction on body balancing, mindfulness techniques, & birth and infant care options

  3. Comfort measures, partner support, postpartum plan, & last weeks prep

  • Exploration of birth goals & birth plan building 

  • Digital student workbook with information for body balancing, mindfulness, childbirth education, nutrition, & partner support

  • Lists and links to help you prepare: Hospital bag checklist, postpartum essentials list, postpartum planning guide, access to up-to-date research, extensive referral resources

  • Unlimited phone & email support during business hours from contract signing up until birth, and 6 weeks immediately following birth.

  • Labor & birth support via live video, phone, text & email (your preference)

  • One virtual postpartum visit via live video (1-1.5 hours)
